Bjørn co-founded Norwex in 1994. A former attorney, Bjørn worked with the Norwegian Ministry of Environment and was an associate in the Attorney General’s office, representing the country of Norway. In 1988, he established his own law firm, retiring from his partnership there in 2007 to follow his passion for helping others achieve their dreams through Norwex. He now leads the company in shaping the Norwex Core Values, Mission, goals, branding strategy and overall mission for the future.

Eivind has held numerous global leadership positions in the consumer goods industry, including Chief Executive Officer of a Fortune 500 multinational company. As a driver of the Norwex mission, Eivind is passionate about building teams that drive success as well as reducing chemicals in our homes.

With 28 years of global Direct Selling leadership, Peter is a key member of the Global Team responsible for developing worldwide strategic sales and marketing support for all Norwex markets, including Norway, the Baltics, Australia, U.S., Canada, Germany, UK, Ireland and Sweden as well as global new market development. Committed to sharing the Mission of Norwex with the world and empowering Consultants with the promise for a brighter future, Peter helps lead Norwex on the path to inspire generations to come.

Kristi manages all U.S. operations, including development, management and expansion. With over 20 years of experience in finance and business management, Judy leads both operations and sales for Norwex across Canada. She has served Norwex for more than 8 years and is a driven leader who builds strong working relationships across the organization and leverages broad-based operations and sales expertise to facilitate the achievement of strategic initiatives. Judy’s key objectives include setting and implementing strategies, casting vision and building culture within the Canadian organization. Judy is passionate about helping individuals grow a personal business and achieve their dreams while improving quality of life.

Brian has had extensive international experience in the Direct Sales industry encompassing 22 years of organization leadership with multi-national companies of scale. These leadership roles have extended to geographies including Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Japan and South Africa. Brian is passionate about the personal development opportunities that exist within the Direct Sales channel. He is excited by his role in assisting with the expansion of Norwex into new markets in the Asia Pacific region.

Anda is responsible for managing and developing Norwex in the Baltics. Sue experienced Direct Sales initially at the age of 20 alongside her full-time corporate job in Sales. In August 2000 she joined an American Direct Sales company and became their most successful Leader in the United Kingdom and held that position throughout her time with the company. Her passion is Leadership development, and she feels honored to have joined Norwex. Sue is committed to helping the company, Mission and team thrive in the UK & Ireland for years to come.

Over the last 20 years, Catharina has established business for various large companies within direct marketing and retail markets in the Nordic region. With extensive experience in sales and marketing, Catharina is now the managing director for the Nordic countries. Contributing to a cleaner environment and reducing chemicals in our homes are close to Catharina’s heart, and she is proud to be actively working in this role as head of the Scandinavian market.

After being introduced to the power of microfiber by Gerd Dorshuck, Debbie brought Norwex and the Little Red Cloth to North America in 1999 and now leads global sales. In 2008, she won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Business to Consumer Division in the Canadian Prairie Region and is passionate about helping others achieve their own success through entrepreneurship. With 34 years of experience in the home party industry, Debbie is committed to helping Consultants grow personally and professionally as they share the Norwex Mission and make the world a happier, healthier place to live.

Global Chief Marketing Officer
Amy is responsible for the marketing operations at Norwex, including public relations, media, creative, branding and product management. Many of the products she’s created for direct sales in natural and organic industries have been showcased in Oprah’s O List. She started the Norwex Movement website in 2013 and maintains a weekly blog highlighting issues related to reducing chemicals in the environment, sustainability, recycling and healthy living.
